Part No. 07-N03-4
Overtime you may find that you need to replace the o-rings inside the stainless steel rotor of your PSS Shaft Seal. This kit comes with everything you need to get the job done.
Important Note: Be sure to never use the same set screw on the shaft twice. There are two set screws in each of the two holes in the stainless steel rotor. One is tightened onto the shaft, and the other is tightened onto the first lock it in place against the shaft. The set screws are made with a cup at the base that compresses into the shaft, ensuring a secure grip.
Ordered part sent to wrong city because of a zip code error. Contacted PYI new part sent out overnight. In today's world where substandard is the new standard it is refreshing to deal with a company with true customer service. (shipping overnight exceeded the cost of the part.)
Good service and helpful web site
been running my boat for some time and some things I leave up to my mechanic to handle and my adjustments on my shafts I would leave up to him thinking they were really involved, what a mistake after watching your instructions and doing it myself I was able to stop the spray that I was getting at high RPMs, the guy never replaced the set screws and know my engine room is bone dry. Thanks guys great service on the shipping and real easy after watching the quick video.
